Online Enrollment Procedures:
CURRENT FAMILIES:
Already have a student at OCA? The process is simple. Fill out the current student form to let us know you will be joining us for the 2025-2026 school year.
- LOGIN: Login to FACTS to begin your reenrollment. This process works best from a computer.
- REENROLL: Reenrollment is OPEN! It will remain open to current families until February 15th.
- Note: You only need to set up 1 FACTS agreement per family. Current families adding a new student can simply login to FACTS and select “Apply/Enroll” followed by “Application” and proceed forward.
New Families:
At Omaha Christian Academy we have a simple 3-step enrollment process to learn more about your family and the students you will be sending to our school.
- APPLY: Fill out our online application and be prepared to upload a copy of your child’s birth certificate as well as a signed transfer of records request. (Add “Apply Now” and link to same as Apply Now button above)
- ENROLL: After you submit the application packet you will receive an email prompting you to complete the online enrollment. Be prepared to scan and submit a copy of the child’s complete immunization history. This may be done by uploading the records in the enrollment packet.
- INTERVIEW: Upon competition of your online enrollment application, you will be contacted to schedule testing and a family interview.
