The keynote speaker, Mike Huckabee, is a former Governor of Arkansas, past presidential candidate, and a best-selling author. He hosts his own program on TBN, and frequently appears as a FOX News contributor. Governor Huckabee is married to Janet, and both share a love for Christian education. The Huckabees have 3 children, and 6 grandchildren.

Charles W. Herbster is the owner of Carico Farms Inc., which traces its roots back to the 1800’s. He currently serves as chairman of the Agricultural and Rural Advisory Committee for President Donald J. Trump. Mr. Herbster is also the owner of five other national companies, and has been actively involved in the National Day of Prayer movement for over 15 years.

Our Emcee for the evening is Jack Swanda. Jack has been on the air in Omaha in various formats since 1982. Along with being host of The Drive Home on Boomer Radio, he is a Financial Advisor and Vice President at Wealth Partners, a Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial. Jack and his wife Karen raised their three daughters and now enjoy life as “Nana and Papa.”

The banquet will be held at Embassy Suites in La Vista on Thursday, October 8, 2020. A private VIP reception with Governor Huckabee is scheduled from 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM.

The banquet program will be held from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. In response to COVID-19 and social distancing recommendations, 6 people will be seated at each table and tables will be appropriately distanced from each other. All CDC guidelines will be observed, so please bring a mask. The evening will feature a plated meal, live performances by OCA students, and other lively entertainment! Of course, the keynote address will be given by Governor Huckabee.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit Omaha Christian Academy. Individual tickets are on sale for each $75 until October 3rd. Sponsorships are available until October 1st! If you are unable to attend, please prayerfully consider making a donation by October 8th.
